Founded in 1994, the “University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt” –hereafter named FHWN, rendered pioneer work in higher education and became the first University of Applied Sciences in Austria. Since its origination the university offers students a well founded and diverse education with international focus, with emphasis on personal skills and the possibility of specialization studies.
