HAS Green Academy
Do you have a passion for all things sustainable and green? Are you interested in food, agriculture and horticulture, open and green spaces, nature and the environment or agribusiness? In that HAS University of Applied Sciences is the place for you! The green education and expertise centre of the South of the Netherlands and far beyond. Make the acquaintance of the dynamic triangle of students, entrepreneurs and lecturers that are constantly stimulating and inspiring each other. In this way our education remains at a high level and up-to-date, the knowledge and skills we teach are a perfect fit with what is required by the professional field and lecturers are able to enrich the study programmes continuously. HAS has almost 2000 full-time students. Eighty percent of our graduates start work in the business world, a quarter of them as managing director-owners. Additionally, HAS University of Applied Sciences is the dynamic centre of the food and agribusiness. Furthermore, HAS is building its own supporting role in the innovation of the knowledge infrastructure of the sector, in the Netherlands, but also internationally.The need for high quality education increases globally. In the Netherlands, too, more and more students end up in an international working environment upon graduation.
