AAS College is the only University level college in Greece with such a wide range of British Design courses in graduate and postgraduate level. All programmes of study are British programmes of the University of Central Lancashire, which prepare students for the demanding and competitive international market. The students are awarded a British Degree, UCLan’s Degree, which is global brand. The College’s greatest resource is its staff and we are proud of our vocational roots. Laying emphasis on qualitative education we have created a dynamic learning environment with talented teaching staff and modern equipment. Our tutors, most of whom having studied in countries abroad, are all active professionals with a dynamic presence – each in his/her own field – and familiar with new technologies, techniques and trends of design. Teaching is enriched and supported by modern visual aids in bright functional classrooms, a library, workshops, computer studios. Studying design based courses at AAS is a friendly, challenging and rewarding experience. The design discipline has an established heritage and philosophy of “Creative Thinking” that is embedded into our curriculum. It is this creative focus that sets us apart from others. We value our strong links with industry partners who are regular visitors to the College and work with us to provide advice, present lectures and develop live design briefs that give all of our students real world design experiences. You study and practice at fully equipped Computer Studios, Photography Studio, Fashion Design Studios, Design Studios while you can enjoy and relax at the College’s cafe.
