Tampere University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest universities of applied sciences (UAS) in Finland, and is characterised by its diversity and multidisciplinary education. TAMK offers Bachelor and Master level studies for approximately 10,000 students in six educational fields. To obtain the residence permit, foreign students have to make a bank deposit of at least €6000 for each year of studying to cover living costs in Finland. ۬Obtaining a part-time job without Finnish language knowledge can be difficult.
